Dell Technologies on Wednesday unveiled six new products, including its premium consumer XPS laptop lineup and new Alienware gaming laptops and monitors.
Leading the laptop lineup is the ultralight XPS 13, which is 12.75 mm thick and weighs 1 kg. It features the thinnest and lightest chassis in XPS history and comes standard with a 2.5K LCD touch display, Intel Wi-Fi 7 and quad speakers. With 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage and a variable refresh rate of 30 to 120 Hz, it offers up to 17 hours of streaming. It is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 3 series processor and up to 32 GB of memory.
The XPS 16 Creator Edition is Dell's first laptop to feature Nvidia’s next-generation AI PC platform, RTX Spark. It pairs 128 GB of unified memory and an Nvidia RTX GPU in a slim form factor. It is optimised for creator work with a tandem OLED display certified for True Black HDR 600.
The Alienware 15 gaming laptop is a 15.3-inch WUXGA model equipped with an Intel Core 7 series 2 240H CPU and up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060. It supports a Cryo-Chamber cooling solution and a stealth mode toggle using an F7 shortcut key. It also passed the same durability tests as the flagship Area-51.
The monitor lineup includes three models. The flagship Alienware 39 5K OLED (AW3926QW) features a 39-inch 1500R curved screen and uses proprietary RGB stripe tandem OLED technology to deliver up to 1,300 nits of brightness. It supports dual modes of 5K at 165 Hz and 1080p at 330 Hz with only an OSD switch, and includes a 3-year burn-in warranty. It is due to be released on June 30. The Alienware 34 280Hz QD-OLED (AW3426DW) features a QD-OLED penta tandem design with a 280 Hz refresh rate and 0.03 ms response time, and will be released on Aug. 4. The Alienware 34 240Hz (AW3426DWM) is a mainstream model at a reasonable price, with a 240 Hz VA panel supporting AMD FreeSync Premium and Dolby Vision.
Sangmo Yoo (유상모), president of Dell Technologies Korea, emphasised that the new lineup reflects Dell’s commitment to raising the standard for premium products and pushing beyond the limits of professional creative environments. The XPS 13 is due to be released in the third quarter, while the XPS 16 Creator Edition is scheduled for release within the year.
