Douzone Bizon said on Tuesday it has launched an AI agent, ONE AI Labor Assistant, that offers tailored answers on labor issues based on laws and precedents as well as company-specific internal rules, following its tax law assistant.
The company said ONE AI Labor Assistant was designed for businesses that find it difficult to maintain dedicated HR organizations or separate legal experts amid changes in the employment and labor environment and sensitive compliance issues. Through ONE AI, it provides real-time services ranging from reflecting labor law amendments to customized labor consulting.
The company stressed that it carries out customized consulting on complex labor issues by reflecting company-specific internal standards used by client firms, such as internal rulebooks, employment rules and employment contracts. It added that it also provides guidance on standards for calculating overtime pay, conditions for accrual and deduction of annual leave, and the scope of agreed leave for marriage and childbirth, helping prevent unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes between managers and employees in advance.
Douzone Bizon said it plans to further develop the service by organically combining it with an enterprise ERP expandable time and attendance system to provide, in an intuitive way, the scope of labor support tailored to users based on an organizational chart.
A Douzone Bizon official said, "The labor assistant is a service that helps companies focus on business growth by preemptively blocking the risk of unintended legal violations and employment disputes." The official added, "Through synergy with the tax law assistant, it will establish itself as a comprehensive management AI agent that solves tax and labor management."
