AI and data-based HR tech platform Worksphere is recruiting Korean small and midsize venture companies to participate in the 2026 Overseas Worker Employment Matching Support Programme (K-Tech College). Worksphere is the operating agency for the programme led by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency.

The programme finds and matches Vietnamese IT talent with proven practical skills. It supports Korean small and midsize venture companies to hire high-quality talent at about 52 percent of South Korea’s average labour costs.

Worksphere has been linking Korean companies with top local talent since last year together with IT education company Like a Lion. It said it matched 145 Vietnamese IT workers to a total of 27 companies last year.

This year, it plans to further expand the local talent pool and recruitment infrastructure to strengthen hiring links between companies and overseas IT talent. It added it expanded its recruitment bases to Hanoi, in addition to Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, laying the groundwork to secure a broader range of IT talent.

Companies that want to participate can check details through the '2026 Vietnam Talent Matching Dedicated Hall' in JobKorea’s professional recruitment section and apply through November this year. Worksphere plans to hold a total of 4 local recruitment matching weeks this year with the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency, and also run an online job matching day and travelling KTC recruitment briefings for companies.

Seung-il Jung (정승일), head of Worksphere’s career business division, said, "A first collaboration with Vietnamese IT talent with a 2-hour time difference is not an adventure exploring the unknown." He said he expects it to be "the surest lever" for companies to substantially reduce recruitment and verification costs and hiring risks and efficiently complete planned projects.
