Global software company Salesforce said on May 26 it supplied its Sales Cloud to South Korean healthcare company GC Green Cross Wellbeing.

Salesforce said it supported GC Green Cross Wellbeing so it can manage customer and account data, sales performance, manager histories and territory sales information within a standardised system based on Sales Cloud.

Salesforce said the adoption of Sales Cloud fully automated GC Green Cross Wellbeing's performance reporting work, and cut by 50 percent the time spent on sales handovers and account administration. It said the system links data from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service and business status information from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety to automatically identify whether clinics nationwide have closed or reopened. It also said the system established a basis to quickly reflect information on new accounts that arise at a rate of 100 to 200 cases each month.

It also achieved a 95 percent monthly active user rate within 1 year of adoption.

Salesforce Korea CEO Se-jin Park (박세진) said, "As the healthcare industry places importance on trust with medical staff and sophisticated use of data, we will support the advancement of customer relationship management (CRM) systems at domestic healthcare companies and their transition to agentic enterprise."
