Aton completes development of Vantage digital asset issuance and operations platform

Aton said on Thursday it has completed development of Vantage, a digital asset issuance and operations platform solution used in a stablecoin-based STO payment proof of concept.

Vantage is a B2B platform solution that supports financial firms and companies in issuing and operating their own branded digital assets, including won-pegged stablecoins. It provides integrated modules needed to run digital asset services, including user authentication, wallet creation, won-based conversion, payments and refunds, and transaction history management.

Aton explained it designed Vantage with scalability in mind so it can link to global AI payment standards such as x402, as it responds to growth in the AI commerce market. It also plans to pursue applying ISO 20022, a global financial messaging standard increasingly used in international remittances and digital asset payments.

Aton also stressed it has the capability to apply post-quantum cryptography (PQC) technology to Vantage. Based on the PoC results, Aton plans to advance issuance and operations infrastructure and support systems so financial and corporate customers can introduce digital asset services, and to expand its scope of application to the financial sector and AI commerce.

An Aton official said Vantage is made up of modular functions and is provided in a semi-finished form, reducing the time and cost required to build digital asset infrastructure for the financial sector and large companies that need on-premise-based systems. The official said Aton will provide reliable digital asset technology infrastructure based on integration technology and security capabilities accumulated through various financial sector demonstrations.
