HanbitN said on Monday it has signed a contract to export the English-language rights to the introductory "Vibe Coding with Claude Code" (author Tae-ho Cho (조태호)) to Packt Publishing, a global IT-focused publisher headquartered in Britain.
Packt has provided a range of content for developers and practitioners, including books, e-books and online courses. Under the deal, "Vibe Coding with Claude Code" will be introduced to English-speaking markets. HanbitN stressed this is the first export of English-language rights for a South Korean IT specialist title.
HanbitN said "Vibe Coding with Claude Code" is a hands-on introductory book designed to help readers with no programming experience build a real web application using generative AI. Centered on Anthropic's Claude and Claude Code, it is structured to guide readers step by step from installation to practice and deployment so they can learn the AI-based development process.
Cho is a professor in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at the Indiana University School of Medicine, where he conducts research applying AI and deep learning to medicine. He earned a doctorate at Tokyo Medical and Dental University for research on protein structure prediction, and in South Korea he has written, translated and reviewed various technology and general-interest books, including the "Deep Learning for Everyone" series. "I am honored to be part of the first case of a South Korean IT specialist title entering the English-speaking market," Cho said. "If South Korean readers have long read translated overseas technical books, I think it is a meaningful start for me personally and for South Korea's IT publishing industry that Korean authors' perspectives and experiences can now be delivered to global readers," he added.
The English edition is set for release in the second half of 2026.
