AI and cloud company MegazoneCloud said on Wednesday it has secured the "Elite" qualification, Snowflake's highest partner grade, for a second consecutive year.

Snowflake assigns partner grades based on a comprehensive assessment of criteria including technical certification levels, sales capabilities and customer outcomes.

MegazoneCloud said it carried out Snowflake-based data projects over the past year with clients across a range of industries including games, manufacturing and commerce. It said the work included automating data use for game clients, building a Cortex AI-based chatbot for a manufacturing client and introducing a data analytics platform with enhanced security for a commerce client.

MegazoneCloud said it will strengthen customer support, including professional consulting, technical support and training programmes, based on the Elite partner qualification. For clients considering adopting Snowflake, it will provide demos and proof-of-concept tests under conditions identical to the actual operating environment to support sufficient verification before adoption.
