Ark Invest, led by Cathie Wood (캐시 우드), sold more shares in cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase as it moved to adjust its portfolio.
Cointelegraph reported on Feb. 8 that Ark Invest sold 134,472 Coinbase shares through 3 exchange-traded funds, recouping $22 million.
Ark Invest bought more Coinbase shares early this year but changed strategy by selling $174 million worth of shares on Feb. 6. It marked the first time since August last year that it trimmed its Coinbase holdings.
Coinbase shares rose 13 percent on the day to close at $165, but are down 26 percent since the start of the year.
Ark Invest, meanwhile, is actively buying shares in digital asset platform Bullish as it seeks a new investment strategy.
