[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Digital asset trading technology firm Crossover Markets raised $31 million in Series B funding, lifting its valuation to $200 million, The Block reported on March 5 local time.
The funding round was led by Tradeweb Markets, with participation from DRW Venture Capital, Illuminate Financial, Ripple, Virtu Financial, Wintermute Ventures and XTX Markets. Crossover Markets previously raised $12 million in a Series A round in June 2024, and Illuminate Financial and DRW were also major investors at the time.
Crossover plans to use the funds to enhance the performance of its CROSSx execution-only crypto electronic communication network (ECN) and expand global operations. It plans to deepen integration with institutional partners to build a stronger trading environment.
