Aracore partners with U.S. Stable to link USDT-based institutional payment and settlement infrastructure

Aracore, the U.S. subsidiary of blockchain and AI company BPMG, said on Tuesday it has signed a strategic partnership with Stable, a layer-1 blockchain for USDT-based payment and settlement.

Stable is a layer-1 (independent blockchain) specialising in payments and settlement using the U.S. dollar-based stablecoin USDT.

The two companies will jointly review ways to technically link Stable’s blockchain settlement infrastructure with Aracore’s Institutional Settlement Network (ISN). They plan to identify models that allow financial institutions and payment companies to use USDT as a payment and settlement tool in cross-border transactions.

Aracore is developing ISN, a network that connects banks, payment companies and digital asset infrastructure.

The company said ISN is being designed to support routing transactions between different financial and payment systems, coordinating settlement procedures and managing transaction status.

Through the cooperation, the two companies will focus on applying the two infrastructures to the operations of financial institutions and payment companies with actual cross-border transaction demand. They plan to develop specific ways to use the systems based on institutional transaction flows and settlement needs, and to pursue joint pilot projects in major markets including Asia. They plan to improve stablecoin settlement efficiency and broaden the cooperative ecosystem.

Aracore CEO Ji-hoon Cha (차지훈) said, “For financial institutions to use stablecoins in actual transactions, they must be able to consistently manage transaction routes and settlement status.” He said, “We will link Stable’s USDT-based settlement function with ISN’s transaction coordination function to make concrete application measures that meet the practical needs of financial institutions and payment companies.”
