SK Telecom said on Tuesday it will provide increased 'qkfh' roaming data and dining and cultural benefits for the Chuseok holiday.
SKT Family Roaming is a service that lets up to 5 family members share roaming data if a representative customer on the baro plan pays an additional 3,000 won a month. SKT will also increase the baro plan's data allowance from current levels through year-end.
In Japan, including Fukuoka, Tokyo and Osaka, it will offer discounts on transport, tourism and restaurants through T Membership. Customers on the baro plan can receive discounts on Tokyo Skytree tickets and Osaka JR Haruka tickets, among others.
In South Korea, it will offer discounts on CGV movie tickets and dining benefits at Mad for Garlic, Shake Shack and Pizza Hut, among others. It will also run a Chuseok gift set discount promotion for Paris Baguette for T Membership VIP customers.
An SK Telecom official said, "We hope customers use roaming and membership benefits to ease cost burdens and enjoy a bountiful holiday with their families."
