Elice Group said on Sunday it has won certification in the small and medium-sized enterprise category of the "2026 Best HRD (Best HRD)" programme.

The Best HRD certification is a programme jointly overseen by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. It is granted after a comprehensive evaluation of human resource management and human resource development systems. The certification is valid for three years.

Elice Group operates a companywide AI transformation training system to raise AI-use capabilities regardless of job function or position.

It uses its in-house training practice platform, EliceLXP, along with the generative AI solution HelpyChat and the AI coding agent HelpyCode for internal learning and work. The company said it supports employees in learning AI technologies and applying them to their work.

The company also runs internal instructor sessions where employees share knowledge and work know-how. It linked training completion to an internal credit system, and executives including co-founders also take part as instructors.

Chief Executive Jae-won Kim (김재원) said, "We will continue to build a structure in which employees' growth, using our own AI technologies and products, leads back to innovation in technology and services."
