Samsung Electronics is officially operating Galaxy Crew 2026, a Galaxy content creator programme. Samsung Electronics said on Jan. 13 it held an inauguration ceremony for Galaxy Crew 2026 at Samsung Gangnam on Jan. 9.

Galaxy Crew produces and introduces social media content based on experiences using Galaxy products and tips on how to use them. It consists of 70 creators across 11 fields: sports, fashion, gaming, travel, daily life, photography, reviews, beauty, entertainment, dance and video production. The activity period is about 1 year.

Galaxy Crew will present social media content that the 10s and 20s generation can relate to, showing how Galaxy AI features can be naturally used in everyday life. Samsung Electronics plans to provide the latest Galaxy mobile devices and invite participants to product launch events to support content creation.

Galaxy Crew was piloted with about 20 people in 2024 and about 60 people in 2025. Samsung Electronics decided to officially operate Galaxy Crew 2026 from this year to communicate with more Galaxy fans and more effectively convey the value of Galaxy. During the 2025 pilot period, Galaxy Crew produced and shared about 4,000 pieces of content.

Cumulative views totalled 90 million, and comments reached 110,000. During the activity period, Galaxy Crew members' follower counts also increased by more than 160,000.

Sooyeon Jang, executive vice president of Samsung Electronics' Korea business, said Galaxy Crew activities are "stories of fans who share the Galaxy experience in their own language and sensibility, with love for Galaxy." She said the company will continue to collaborate with various creators to expand brand experiences through content that the 10s and 20s generation can relate to.
