Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 said on Jan. 13 that purchase conversion rates doubled for brands that adopted its Daily Delivery service.

Cafe24 surveyed shopping malls that adopted "Cafe24 Daily Delivery", which it has operated since June 2025, for at least seven days. It found that purchase conversion rates for early-stage direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands with fewer than 1,000 monthly visitors rose 102 percent to 2.99 percent from 1.48 percent.

Purchase conversion rates rose 37 percent for shopping malls with 5,000 to 10,000 monthly visitors. Malls with 10,000 or more monthly visitors saw a 5 percent increase. The overall improvement came as small and midsize malls were able to use fast-delivery infrastructure that had been centered on large malls, enabling delivery competitiveness regardless of scale.

By category, the effect was strongest in household goods and food. After adopting the service, household goods brands saw order volumes rise 67 percent and purchase conversion rates increase 46 percent. Food brands recorded a 43 percent increase in orders and a 47 percent improvement in conversion rates. Cafe24 analyzed that strong demand for immediate use in household goods and the role of freshness in food purchase decisions maximized the impact of fast delivery.

Cafe24 also analyzed 96 shopping malls that operated Daily Delivery for at least 30 days. It found average daily order volume on Fridays rose 40.2 percent from before adoption. The time from order receipt to actual shipment also fell about 60 percent from earlier.

Cafe24 Daily Delivery is a fulfillment service in which online merchants pre-stock products with partner logistics firms, and shipments are processed 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays, when orders occur. It allows merchants to apply "daily, same-day and dawn delivery" with a few clicks, enabling small and midsize malls to offer delivery experiences comparable to large platforms.

Cafe24 currently works with six logistics firms, including CJ Logistics, FASSTO, Poomgo, WeKeep, Fastbox and Argo, to build a nationwide delivery network. It plans to expand logistics partner integrations so shopping malls can choose logistics firms based on business conditions.

Cafe24 CEO Jaeseok Lee said the results show that fast delivery is no longer a tool only for large shopping malls, but a growth strategy that small and midsize D2C brands can also use. He said the company will expand cooperation with logistics partners to support stronger delivery competitiveness for online merchants.
