[DigitalToday reporter Ho-jeong Lee] The online multiplayer game "Project Zeta," published by Krafton, is entering its second global community test.

Krafton said on Thursday the test will run on Steam through Sept. 6.

It added 2 new heroes and overhauled matchmaking and the combat system based on user feedback collected in the first test.

The newly added "Nova Crash" is a warrior with a mechanic concept that uses fists. It uses the ultimate skill "Justice Impact" after leaping into the air and striking the ground. "Azrakel," an assassin with a grand inquisitor concept, approaches enemies through teleportation and can instantly subdue opponents whose health falls below a certain level with its ultimate skill.

For matchmaking, it introduced a ranking system that links users with similar skill levels. It improved the progression structure to allow comebacks even if the score gap widens early in a match, and increased the weight of the hard-to-obtain "Super Prism" to make it harder for the leading team to lock in a win.

It also improved hit feel, control feel, movement speed and death animations. The user interface (UI) was revamped to improve access to information and ease of control.

"Project Zeta" is a multi-team tactical combat game developed by Nirvanana Studio and published by Krafton. Four teams of 3 compete on a single battlefield over "Prism." It supports 16 heroes across 4 classes and controller play.

Nam-seok Kim (김남석), CEO of Nirvanana, said: "We added new heroes and made improvements so players can come back even when a gap opens up, raising the tension of matches."
