HR feels AI-driven work change fastest, HCG speeds up HR AI agents
Human Consulting Group (HCG), which started as an HR consulting firm, is accelerating development of HR AI agents and expanding AI features across its HR products. Park Tae-seo (박태서), head of its AI×HR R&D Center, said HR is the area that feels AI-driven changes in work fastest and that proactive 대응 could help spread HR-led AI transformation. The company is adding AI assistants, dashboards and agents, while supporting custom agent builds on cloud and on-premises.
