Ripple impersonation sites surge; XRP stolen the moment wallet approval is given
A fake website closely mimicking Ripple’s official site is spreading phishing attacks targeting XRP holders. The site uses Ripple-like design elements and messages aimed at long-term holders to push users to click a “Get Early Access” button and approve a wallet transaction. Once approved, XRP is immediately drained. The case is reported as part of a series of phishing attacks in early August across the XRP Ledger ecosystem.

Postal Service Agency urges caution over phishing emails posing as post office
South Korea\'s Postal Service Agency said cases have been confirmed of phishing emails impersonating the agency and urged the public to take special care. It said emails sent under names such as the \"Korea Postal Service Agency Delivery Management Team\" direct recipients to an external phishing site designed to look official and attempt to steal personal data and induce payments. The agency said post offices do not request address changes or payments by email.

SKT tracks malicious app attacker servers, prevents 20.3 billion won in subscriber losses
SK Telecom said it is preventing subscriber financial losses by tracing attacker control servers and using AI-based detection technology. The company said it worked with police to analyse malicious app installation files and identify command-and-control server addresses used to remotely control devices or steal personal data. Over the past two months it analysed about 1,600 files and identified 390 C2 server domains, helping prevent losses for 403 customers worth about 20.3 billion won.
