KB Kookmin Bank issues 650 million euro sustainable covered bond
KB Kookmin Bank issued a 650 million euro sustainable covered bond and set the spread at 24 basis points, 12 basis points lower than a same-tenor issue last year. The bank said it completed the 4-year euro sustainable covered bond sale on Sept. 14. The bond yields 3.625%, adding 0.24 percentage points to the 4-year euro mid-swap rate. The bank said demand reached about 1.5 times the issue size.

Shinhan Bank issues 600 million euro green covered bond, draws 3.8 times target orders
Shinhan Bank issued a 600 million euro green covered bond after demand from European investors led it to raise the deal size above its initial target. The 3.5-year bond was priced at mid-swaps plus 19 basis points, with an annual coupon of 3.4116 percent. It drew 1.9 billion euros of orders, about 3.8 times the initial 500 million euro target. Moody\'s and Fitch rated the bond Aaa and AAA.
