Korea Post says Goryeong local gift certificates can be used with a post office card
Korea Post, under the Ministry of Science and ICT, launched the \"Post Office Goryeong Love Gift Certificate Card\" that lets users spend Goryeong County local gift certificates with a post office debit card. The certificates can be topped up at post office counters, the post office savings website, the Post Office Smart Banking app and the \"chak\" app. Users can pay at local merchants, and can also make debit card payments within their account balance.
