XL8\'s EventCAT tops $1 million in annual sales in 2025, driving profit turnaround

XL8, which specialises in AI for simultaneous interpretation, said on Jan. 26 that annual sales of its real-time AI interpretation and translation solution EventCAT exceeded $1 million in 2025, helped by rising demand for global events. The company said sales rose 1,250 percent from a year earlier and have grown steadily since the product launched in June 2023. It said EventCAT has been used by more than 1,000 global companies and institutions and supports more than 50 languages.

XL8 provides AI interpreting for K-BioX Summit 2026 in U.S. Silicon Valley

XL8, which operates the real-time AI interpretation and translation solution EventCAT, said it provided simultaneous interpretation services at the SNU KIC SV K-BioX ABDD Summit 2026 held at Stanford University in Silicon Valley. The company said its in-house AI engine, trained on expert-selected data accumulated for more than 20 years, predicts and analyses expressions by age and gender to maintain consistent tone. XL8 said EventCAT has been used by more than 1,000 global companies and institutions and supports languages in more than 50 countries.
