Shinhan Bank signs MOU with Worlddagachi to boost services for foreign customers
Shinhan Bank said on Feb. 10 it signed a business agreement with Worlddagachi at its headquarters in central Seoul to expand its foreign customer base and strengthen service competitiveness. Worlddagachi operates Dagachi, an AI-based multilingual communication platform supporting 16 languages. Under the agreement, the two sides will provide app and web services to improve financial convenience for foreign residents, run mutual advertising pages and jointly promote services combining finance and daily-life support.
