Anthropic shows how Claude Cowork automates customer accounts and sales priorities

Anthropic disclosed an internal operations case in which it uses its AI agent Claude Cowork to automate management of thousands of customer accounts and set sales priorities. Travis Bryant, who handles U.S. mid-market sales and market development, uses it for meeting preparation, revenue forecasting and customer prioritisation. The agent pulls data from Google Calendar, BigQuery and Salesforce to create briefings and weekly reports, and supports an AI scoring system for about 4,000 accounts.
