Woori Bank will build a consultation bot that combines existing consultation procedures with generative AI and introduce a service linking phone consultations with smartphone screens. The bank said it is launching a project to rebuild its AI chatbot and consultation bot to improve customer convenience. The project includes a hybrid AI consultation bot, multimodal consultations, and expanded access channels. WooriWON Banking’s AI chatbot will be revamped and AI banker screens unified in phases.

Woori Bank said on Tuesday it launched the \'Woori WON Dream Loan Refinancing\' to reduce financial costs for customers using high-interest unsecured loans at Woori Financial Group affiliates. Eligible borrowers include workers earning 35 million won or less a year, freelancers, homemakers and other non-wage earners. The loan limit is up to 20 million won, with rates starting in the mid-4 percent range and capped at under 7 percent.
