Woori Bank is adding moving and cleaning booking to 'WON haneun Real Estate', a real estate-focused service in the WooriWON Banking app, as it remakes the service into a platform covering the broader housing experience. It has improved convenience so users can handle everything from searching property information to arranging funds and booking moving services in a single app.

Woori Bank said on May 18 it has newly introduced a moving and cleaning service booking function to 'WON haneun Real Estate' within WooriWON Banking.

'WON haneun Real Estate' has provided a range of property information, including AI-based price checks, presale information, reconstruction and redevelopment news, and defect inspection services. This time, it strengthened its one-stop housing platform functions by partnering with housing services specialist Yeonggu Clean and linking moving and cleaning services as well.

Customers can use 'WON haneun Real Estate' to search property information, arrange needed funds and book moving companies at once.

Under the partnership, Yeonggu Clean will also offer benefits exclusively for Woori Bank customers. When booking services, it will give priority assignment to companies with strong quality ratings, and it will assign a dedicated Clean Master to customers booking cleaning services. It will also offer up to a 40 percent discount when using a package product that combines cleaning and new house syndrome care.

Park Kwang-hoon (박광훈), head of Woori Bank's Real Estate Finance Department, said the number of monthly active users of 'WON haneun Real Estate' is rising quickly. He said the bank will expand a range of non-financial housing services and develop it into a lifestyle platform that resolves customers' real estate concerns.
