VD Robotics launches HyperShellX wearable exoskeleton robots in South Korea
VD Robotics has officially launched the AI-based wearable exoskeleton robot HyperShellX series in South Korea. The company will act as the exclusive local distributor, taking charge of marketing, sales, distribution and after-sales service. The series uses an AI motion engine that recognises 12 types of movement and supports control in real time. Models range from Go to Ultra, priced from 1.49 million won to 3.299 million won, with sales targeted at more than 3,000 units this year.

Wadiz supports CES innovation firms in expanding global sales channels
Funding platform Wadiz said on Jan. 23 it joined KOTRA-hosted follow-up event the CES AI Innovation Plaza on Jan. 21. The event brought together about 40 South Korean innovation companies that attended 2026 CES to share results and discuss the K-AI industry’s global competitiveness and expansion strategy. Wadiz provided strategy consulting for firms recognised at CES and discussed using its platform to test global demand and connect that to commercialisation.

Wadiz runs planning exhibition on first-half 2026 trends based on funding data
Wadiz said on Jan. 9 it will run a planning exhibition, \'2026 Trend Maker\', through Jan. 14 to preview trends for the first half of 2026. The exhibition aims to introduce innovative products expected to attract market attention, using funding data. About 150 projects are taking part, centered on ultralight tech and personalized beauty. Wadiz said the exhibition is based on a trend report drawn from analysis of about 12,000 projects in 2025.
