[Digital Today reporter Seulgi Son] Funding platform Wadiz said on Jan. 23 it took part on Jan. 21 in the 2026 CES follow-up event, the CES AI Innovation Plaza, hosted by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). The event brought together about 40 South Korean innovation companies that participated in 2026 CES to share results and discuss the K-AI industry’s global competitiveness and expansion strategy.
At the event, Wadiz provided strategy consulting for companies whose technology was recognised through CES on entering global markets. It also explored ways for AI-based innovation companies, including in mobility and home appliances, to use the Wadiz platform to test global market demand and link it to commercialisation.
A Wadiz official said, "We will continue to serve as a practical sales channel so domestic companies considering global expansion can take on the challenge quickly and easily."
