SKT expands managed AI cloud security services with F5
SK Telecom is expanding its AI cloud security business in cooperation with global security company F5. The company plans to strengthen competitiveness by handling not only sales of F5 security solutions but also customer deployment and operations. Under the partnership, SKT will pursue a dual role as a value-added reseller and a managed service provider using F5 solutions. SKT was also selected as the first domestic MSP partner for F5 Distributed Cloud.

Enterprise AI adoption hard without security, F5 Korea executive says
An F5 Korea executive said many companies run AI proof-of-concept projects but few move to production because they are not prepared to strengthen and maintain security. He said AI security differs from traditional security because prompts can pose risks and sensitive data can leak even without vulnerabilities. F5 is expanding AI security offerings and argues firms need controls at the front door, orchestration and inference stages, along with an integrated platform approach.

Terra Security launches automatic firewall rule generation to block verified exploits
Terra Security has launched an automatic firewall rule generation feature, called Prevention, to block attacks that AI agents have verified as workable. The feature is designed to help cover the gap between confirming a vulnerability and applying code changes in production. It checks whether existing controls stop the attack path, generates WAF or firewall rules if needed, and revalidates blocking. Security teams decide whether to deploy changes, with sensitive updates requiring human approval.
