Volkswagen unveils branded smart e-bike with rear camera
Volkswagen has unveiled a branded electric bicycle developed with premium bike maker n+ that applies car-style safety technology. The e-bike features a high-resolution rear camera linked to a handlebar display, radar-based blind-spot warnings and lighting that signals braking and turns. Volkswagen also introduced a Bluetooth-connected smart helmet and smart glasses that display navigation, warnings and ride data. The company presented the launch as part of a push into personal mobility.

Audi CEO says era of global \'world cars\' is over
Audi is moving away from a development strategy centered on global common models and is strengthening market-specific vehicle strategies for key markets such as the United States and China. CEO Gernot Doellner said the brand’s global strategy will remain, but vehicle development will increasingly prioritize regional consumer needs. He cited the new Q9 as a U.S.-first model and said China requires a stronger “Local for Local” approach with localized production, supply chains and ecosystems.
