DSRV launches onchain finance platform for financial institutions

Blockchain infrastructure company DSRV has launched an onchain finance operations platform for financial institutions and companies. The platform, called DSRV Portal, is designed to address fragmented infrastructure created when firms source custody, payments and wallet functions from different providers. It offers an onchain finance operating system structure that can be used without a dedicated blockchain development team, and includes compliance-focused features such as multi-step approvals, MPC key management and cold wallets.

Bithumb raises bug bounty rewards to up to 200 million won

Bithumb will raise the maximum reward under its bug bounty programme to 200 million won, aiming to block potential threats in advance by working with external security experts. The company said rewards will be paid on a sliding scale based on the severity of reported vulnerabilities, and participants can conduct black-box penetration tests within a defined scope. Bithumb also revamped its privacy centre to disclose personal data handling and information security activities.

BlockScholes says Binance can offer trading services under Philippines SEC framework

Binance is providing Philippine users access to cryptocurrency trading through a partnership with BlockScholes Technologies, based on the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission’s crypto asset service provider framework and its strategic sandbox, Stratbox. BlockScholes legal head Marie Antoinette Quiogue said the firm connects users to Binance’s global trading platform and that trading falls under the SEC’s jurisdiction. The central bank said neither firm is licensed as a virtual asset service provider.
