Toss to foster 300 beauty small merchants
Viva Republica, operator of South Korean financial platform Toss, said on Thursday it will foster 300 small merchants in the beauty sector. The initiative is part of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ 2026 Online Brand Small Merchant Development project, known as the TOPS programme. Toss was selected as an implementing agency and will support about 300 brand sellers through end-December 2026, including data-driven sales improvements and marketing programmes.
