Swimlane boosts security operations centers with intelligent routing
Swimlane has added an intelligent routing function that automatically classifies alerts coming into security operations centers and splits investigation paths. The feature is designed to send alerts to an appropriate route among deterministic automation, AI-based investigation and agentic automation. Swimlane said it evaluates alert complexity and the level of AI intervention needed, using higher-level AI only when reasoning and judgment are required, while keeping control with security teams.
