Step App to end service after four years; FITFI down 99.9 percent from peak
Step App will end all services by Aug. 21 local time, Cointelegraph reported on Aug. 6, marking the end of four years of operations. In a notice posted on social media platform X, the company asked users to complete unstaking of locked tokens and to close exchange positions before the deadline. Step App did not provide a separate explanation for the shutdown. Its governance and utility token FITFI traded at $0.0001624, down 99.9 percent from its May 2022 peak of $0.73, CoinGecko data showed.
