Douzone Bizon opens dedicated support center for tax accountants
Douzone Bizon said on Tuesday it has opened the Douzone Program Tax Accountant Support Center to communicate directly with tax accountant customers. The center is a dedicated channel for users of the WEHAGO T and Smart A software products for tax accounting offices. It is operated on the Korea Association of Tax Accountants website and is available to verified tax accountants. It will handle everything from system error reports to feature improvement requests.

Douzone Bizon to hold 2026 comprehensive income tax filing training with AI
Douzone Bizon said on April 21 that about 5,000 people nationwide signed up as soon as applications opened for its 2026 comprehensive income tax filing training for WEHAGO T customers. The training will be held from April 22 to 30 in 13 major cities across the country. Under the theme of smart comprehensive income tax filing with ONE AI, it will share AI use tips to improve tax and accounting efficiency during the filing period.

Douzone Bizon said on March 9 it had finished its nationwide “2026 corporate tax filing training” held in major cities for tax accountants, accountants, office managers and practitioners using WEHAGO T and WEHAGO Smart A 10. It presented various ways to raise efficiency at tax and accounting offices, including AI corporate tax adjustments. Demonstrations showed AI preparing and proposing steps from issuing civil documents in advance to drafting corporate tax filing adjustment outlines.
