Douzone Bizon said on Wednesday it has fully upgraded logistics management functions of WEHAGO Smart A 10.
With the upgrade, a single entry of inbound and outbound transactions is reflected in inventory and accounting in real time. It can also be handled in a linked process through issuing electronic tax invoices and sending them to the National Tax Service.
It also offers an “expert mode” and a “simple mode” depending on how a company works. Companies that need role separation and approval and closing management can use expert mode, while companies where one person handles both logistics and accounting can use simple mode.
The sales management workflow has been reduced to 6 steps from 8, and purchasing management to 3 steps from 5. Inventory-related tasks were also changed from checking after closing to checking immediately upon inbound and outbound transactions. The company explained that this cut processing steps by 30 to 50 percent from before.
Electronic tax invoices can be issued and sent directly from the sales closing and outbound processing screen without moving to a separate menu. The inventory asset ledger can also be checked immediately upon inbound and outbound transactions.
It also added a function that matches order numbers when shopping mall order and settlement data are uploaded in Excel, linking settlement, sales and inventory processing. If data from other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are uploaded in Excel, item names can be matched automatically and moved to WEHAGO Smart A 10.
A total of 15 new and improved functions were also applied, including a function that traces detailed movement records in inventory valuation and sales profit status. The status menu was expanded to 226 types from 116.
It also strengthened integration with its enterprise AI platform ONE AI. ONE AI analyses major tasks and guides them through action cards on WEHAGO’s main screen, and connects users to the relevant task screen in WEHAGO Smart A 10 when they select a card.
In logistics management, it proactively guides users on low inventory, unprocessed orders scheduled for shipment that day, unissued electronic tax invoices, undelivered quotations and unprocessed vouchers.
A Douzone Bizon official said, “This upgrade focused on practically reducing companies’ repetitive work burden by connecting tasks that had been divided into logistics, accounting and tax into a single flow.” The official said, “We will continue to expand an environment in which ONE AI identifies and guides necessary tasks across the company’s work overall first and connects them through to actual processing.”
