Douzone Bizon said on Tuesday it opened the "Douzone Program Tax Accountant Support Center" to communicate directly with tax accountant customers.
The support center is a dedicated communication channel for users of WEHAGO T and Smart A, software products for tax accounting offices. It is operated on the Korea Association of Tax Accountants website, and verified tax accountants can access it through the "Accounting Program Support Center" menu.
It will collect everything through a single window, from system error and failure reports to requests for feature improvements. It has a unified management system covering inquiry submission, tracking of processing status and sharing of results. It will also respond quickly to key issues at important times such as tax filing periods.
A Douzone Bizon official said the company will systematically address practical needs from tax accountant customers and focus on improving service quality and operating a stable system. The official said it will also establish a technology roadmap, including AI-based automation features and improved integration with electronic filing.
