Neowiz signs publishing deal with Sain Nuts Studio for new title \'Wind Up Deadman\'
Neowiz has secured global distribution rights for a new PC role-playing game being developed by South Korean indie developer Sain Nuts Studio, as it seeks to expand its intellectual property lineup. The company said it signed a publishing agreement for the narrative computer role-playing game \'Wind Up Deadman\'. The title is set in a “cassette futurism” world and follows a protagonist who has lost his memory after a bio-disaster.

Neowiz Q1 operating profit falls 32 percent, speeds development of \'Lies of P\' sequel and other titles
Neowiz posted double-digit sales growth in the first quarter on the strength of mobile game hits and stable performance from core intellectual property, but operating profit fell 32 percent to 7.0 billion won. First-quarter sales rose 14 percent to 101.4 billion won and net profit was 15.5 billion won on foreign exchange gains. The company plans events around key IP in the second quarter and is accelerating development of a \'Lies of P\' sequel and other projects.

Neowiz selects 5 teams in global indie contest, \'Glass House\' takes top prize
Neowiz said on April 22 it has completed the awards ceremony for its global indie game development contest, Neowiz Indie Quest. The contest ran for about nine months and drew indie teams from South Korea, the United States and China. Glass House took first place, followed by Inari in second. Name of the Will, Hawthorn and Gretel & Hensel were also selected. The five teams shared 165 million won in prize money.
