Samsung Electronics labor talks fail to reach deal, to resume after mediation recess
Samsung Electronics and its labor union failed to reach an agreement in post-mediation talks over performance pay, and the National Labor Relations Commission recessed the meeting at 12:30 a.m. on May 20. Smilegate loses first trial in IPO failure damages suit, ordered to pay 100 billion won
Smilegate lost a first-instance damages lawsuit over the failed initial public offering of Smilegate RPG.
