Naver says phishing tactics evolve, steps up technical response and international cooperation
Naver has released a casebook on phishing distribution and is moving to strengthen its response system. The company said it analysed phishing attacks over 21 months from January 2024 to September 2025 and published countermeasures and a comprehensive defence strategy. It said it blocked about 566 search phishing sites and is running a module to collect information on simple login phishing pages. It is also expanding safe browsing features and strengthening international cooperation through APWG.
