MegazoneCloud, New Relic unveil five-step IT incident response automation scenario
MegazoneCloud and observability platform company New Relic held a FROM CODE TO RECOVERY event in Seoul on Sept. 16 for domestic corporate IT officials and introduced a scenario automating the full incident response process from code changes to service recovery. The companies said the scenario consists of five steps: detection, decision, execution, verification and improvement. MegazoneCloud said it can cut mean time to resolution by up to 50 percent.

Coinone wins Datadog Game Day, says it proved incident response capabilities
Digital asset exchange Coinone won a hands-on incident response event co-hosted by MegazoneCloud and Datadog, it said on Wednesday. Coinone said it finished first at the Datadog Game Day event held on Monday at Red Button Culture Stage in Seoul\'s Gangnam district. The competition tested engineers on analysing and resolving payment delays, rising errors and external attacks in real time.

Vibranium Labs enters South Korea with AI agent-based SRE incident response platform
U.S.-based Vibranium Labs, which runs the AI agent-based SRE incident response platform Vibe AI, said on May 7 it is stepping up its business in South Korea. The company says Vibe AI can replace on-call tools such as PagerDuty by having AI agents handle the full process from paging engineers to root-cause analysis and response plans. It also said the system uses 13 or more agents and has achieved over 95 percent triage accuracy.
