Nutanix to acquire Ryax to boost enterprise GPU efficiency
Nutanix is acquiring France-based AI computing orchestration company Ryax Technologies, Techzine reported. Nutanix plans to integrate Ryax orchestration and scheduling into its next Nutanix Kubernetes Platform and Nutanix Enterprise AI. The goal is to help companies use GPUs more efficiently and automatically place AI workloads on the cheapest or most energy-efficient hardware. Features include usage-data analysis, dynamic GPU allocation, automatic restarts and split and serverless GPU options.
