KB Asset Management unifies fund and RISE ETF sites, strengthens AI investment information
KB Asset Management has unified its fund and RISE exchange-traded fund websites into a single platform and strengthened artificial intelligence-based investment information services. The company said the revamped site redesigns the main page around ETFs, simplifies navigation between fund and ETF pages and enhances integrated search. It also expanded its conversational AI service, RISE AI, added AI summaries of key product documents and reorganised investment content based on investors’ interests and experience.

KB Asset Management supports small merchants in Banghwa-dong with RISE ETF-linked programme
KB Asset Management is launching support for small local merchants linked to its exchange-traded fund brand, RISE ETF. The company said it carried out a programme on June 23 for small merchants in Banghwa-dong in Seoul’s Gangseo district. Working with Good Neighbors’ Seoul Central-South branch, it operated two programmes, including replacing old shop signs with LED signs and delivering support kits such as aprons and fire extinguishers.

Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix leveraged ETF launch nears as fee war begins
South Korea’s securities industry is set to list single-stock leveraged and inverse ETFs tracking Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, triggering a competition among asset managers over fees. Eight managers plan to list 16 products on May 27, including 14 leveraged ETFs and two inverse ETFs, the first such listings in the country. Fee levels vary widely, but the products are geared toward short-term trading, making trading costs and market-making quality key considerations.
