Stage Five says 2025 sales 111.2 billion won; seeks IPO as full MVNO
Stage Five is pushing for an initial public offering by shifting to an AI-based telecommunications platform and converting into a full MVNO, it said. Its digital MVNO service Findairect is sustaining net subscriber growth in the mobile number portability market, and the company said applying AI agents cut customer acquisition and service costs by 10 percent. Stage Five posted 2025 sales of 111.2 billion won, up 282 percent, while operating loss narrowed to about 500 million won.

Banksalad posts 26 billion won 2025 revenue, up 77 percent
Banksalad said on Tuesday its 2025 revenue rose 77 percent from a year earlier to 26 billion won, while operating costs increased 14 percent to 33.6 billion won. Excluding non-cash items, operating costs were 27.9 billion won and adjusted EBITDA was minus 1.9 billion won, an improvement of 74 percent. Net loss excluding one-off accounting factors was about 600 million won, down 89 percent.

Musinsa posts 140.5 billion won operating profit in 2025, up 37 percent
Musinsa said on Monday its 2025 annual revenue rose 18.1 percent from a year earlier to 1.47 trillion won, while operating profit increased 36.7 percent to 140.5 billion won. Net profit fell 41.2 percent to 7.7 billion won on a consolidated basis, and the company posted a standalone net loss of 29.1 billion won, citing an accounting policy change related to redeemable convertible preferred shares.
