Kakao CA council overhauls structure to shrink organization, speed up decisions
Kakao\'s CA council said on Thursday it will overhaul its organizational structure to strengthen execution for growth and speed up decision-making. It will shift from a system of four committees, two chiefs and one unit to a structure of three offices and four heads. The new offices will support group-level decisions on investment, finance and human resources. The new system takes effect on Feb. 1.
