LG Electronics to supply AI home hub to 10,000 The Sharp apartments

LG Electronics is increasing supply of apartment-tailored AI home solutions to accelerate its push into the B2B market. The company said it has supplied its ThinQ On AI home hub to Posco E&C\'s The Sharp apartments since last year, with cumulative deliveries exceeding 10,000 households. ThinQ On uses generative AI to understand context and learn residents’ patterns, enabling voice control of appliances and IoT devices. ThinQ app features for apartments have also topped 300,000 households.

Posco Future M picks board candidates to boost battery expertise

Posco Future M said on Feb. 24 it approved recommendations for director candidates to be submitted to its regular shareholders meeting in March. It nominated Kim Sung-jin as an inside director, Lee Sang-young as an outside director and Jung Seok-mo as a non-executive director. The company also re-nominated CEO Eom Gi-cheon as an inside director and outside directors Yoon Tae-hwa and Lee Bok-sil. The board also approved a proposal to approve 2025 financial statements.
