Nvidia partners with Palantir to roll out sovereign AI in core supply chain
Nvidia said on Sept. 11 it will work with Palantir Technologies to introduce sovereign AI into its supply chain, starting with Nvidia’s own operations. The companies plan to build an AI stack by integrating Nvidia Nemotron open models into Palantir Foundry and its AI Platform, based on Palantir Ontology. Nvidia said the effort aims to raise supply chain visibility, strengthen operational expertise and maintain control and ownership of proprietary data.

Palantir emerges as dark horse in battle for enterprise AI agents
Competition among leading AI model developers to target enterprise AI agents is intensifying. OpenAI and Anthropic are building platforms and expanding partnerships, while big cloud providers and data platform companies roll out agent projects. Palantir, though less frequently mentioned, is gaining recognition for stability and its ability to connect enterprise data and support agent building. Its forward deployed engineer approach is also drawing attention, and it is accelerating partnerships in South Korea.

Ontology can work if scope is narrowed, move beyond data analysis to action
Attorney and RawData CEO Kwan-young Jung (정관영) said it is impossible to build Palantir Foundry-like ontology technology in a short time, but it can be done in specialised domains by narrowing the scope. He shared his experience applying ontology in legal tech and said abstract legal concepts are hard to quantify. Jung said ontology is essential for digital twins and a single source of truth so AI can move from analysis to action.
