AI computing technology company Nvidia said on Sept. 11 it will work with Palantir Technologies to introduce sovereign AI into its supply chain, starting with Nvidia’s own operations.

The companies will build an AI stack that integrates Nvidia Nemotron open models into Palantir Foundry and its AI Platform (AIP), based on Palantir Ontology.

The goal is to raise supply chain visibility and strengthen operational expertise. It will also maintain control and ownership of proprietary data while keeping Nvidia’s AI infrastructure supply chain stable and efficient.

Nvidia stressed that organisations in complex industrial environments, including agriculture, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail and the technology industry, as well as government agencies, can use the AI stack introduced by the two companies to optimise their own unique supply chain operations.
