If you are considering buying Sony\'s PlayStation 5, the PS5 Slim disc model is seen as the most practical choice given current pricing and features. For $50 more than the digital edition, buyers get 1TB of storage and a disc drive. The PS5 Pro is priced at $900 and can be difficult to obtain, with some retailers charging a premium. Sony plans to stop producing game discs from 2028.
