Spotify adds AI-generated personal audio listening feature that cannot be shared with other users
Spotify has launched a beta feature that lets users save and listen to personal podcasts generated by AI agents within its app, TechCrunch reported on Wednesday. Developers using tools such as OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude Code and OpenClaw can create podcasts with Spotify’s new CLI tool and save them directly to Spotify. The podcasts are saved to a user’s library and are not visible to other users.

AI coding startup Cursor is in talks to raise more than $2 billion in new funding at a $50 billion valuation, Bloomberg News reported, citing four people familiar with the matter. Existing investors Thrive and Andreessen Horowitz are expected to lead the round. Battery Ventures may participate, and Nvidia is also expected to invest. Bloomberg said the round is already oversubscribed, but final terms are not set.
