SK Shieldus to test control system breach response platform at EcoPro factory
SK Shieldus said on Sunday it will carry out a proof-of-concept at battery company EcoPro for a control system (OT/ICS) breach response platform that integrates the full process from anomaly detection to analysis and response. The platform will be piloted at EcoPro’s Pohang plant as part of the Korea Internet & Security Agency’s 2026 integrated security model development pilot project, in cooperation with Mainsoft, Amzinn and Senstone.

KISA launches 18 next-generation security projects, selects 50 companies
The Korea Internet & Security Agency said it is pushing ahead with a 2026 information security new-technology support program with the Ministry of Science and ICT. It selected 18 projects worth 12.04 billion won across four areas, including AI-based security product commercialisation, fostering AI security firms, developing a Korea-style integrated security model and introducing zero trust. KISA also selected 50 companies to carry out the projects.

Security hot issue: Tech firms crowd into cybersecurity market
