Elon Musk scores 992, Tim Cook 986 in service scoring AI recognition of famous names
A web service called In The Weights has been launched to compare how strongly different generative AI models have learned specific people’s names. It assigns a “strength score” by asking each model who a person is and aggregating up to 10 candidate results with brief descriptions and confidence levels. Examples showed Elon Musk at 992 and Apple CEO Tim Cook at 986. The service also flags possible hallucinations and misidentifications.

NIA, KOICA sign MOU to strengthen global AX cooperation
South Korea\'s National Information Society Agency said on Feb. 23 it signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korea International Cooperation Agency to strengthen global cooperation on artificial intelligence and digital transformation. The deal aims to combine NIA’s policy and technical expertise with KOICA’s development cooperation platform and global network. The two agencies plan to cooperate on technical advice, aid project planning and performance, ICT exchanges and sharing AI technology and market trend information.

KOSA, Prime Minister\'s Office push overseas expansion with AI-based ODA
The Korea AI and Software Industry Association (KOSA) on Tuesday held a meeting with the Office for Government Policy Coordination in Seoul to discuss ways to advance official development assistance projects using AI. The talks focused on using domestic AI technologies to solve development challenges in recipient countries while connecting ODA projects to overseas expansion and business growth for South Korean AI companies.
